
How does COVID-19 affect my day and my efforts to get healthy? There are aspects that help. I don’t have to drive to and from work (1-2 hours per day) which means I can play tennis or take a walk at a reasonable hour. My home office is now upstairs which means I’m hitting the stairs a lot. It’s no longer “free” to get a cup of coffee now.
Food is a little more interesting. I’ve got a pretty good stock of items. Fresh fruits and veggies will require trips out to the store which is getting a little more risky as the infected numbers continue to rise.
Normal habits are important to maintain. It can be easy to roll out of bed and “go to work” but keeping your routines will add some normalcy to the current situation. I am pretty good, but will be making more of an effort. I added a vitamin reminder as well to make sure I don’t forget!
