Eating was ok today, not awesome but not the worst. No walk – had to do some shopping. Thanks COVID-19. Just a day. But still upright.

Nice little walk today, 2.4 miles. The green part is a little hill we run up and down.

Our friend group decided to hold each other accountable for getting exercise every day. We’ll walk at least a mile and share the results or map.

Love this idea. One more level of accountability.
Watching Happy Death Day tonight in a global stream party with Jessica Rothe and crew! Also, having pizza. Need to be careful and pay attention to how much and how fast.

Or Tuesday? Does it really matter 🙂
Pretty good day. Did well with food. Not going to walk tonight, but may do some trampoline watching TV. Started a new challenge to eat something green or veggie twice a day. Should be easy as I do that anyway.

Nearly an hour out there today. Also, super pink moon tonight.
This was a pretty good week overall. I’ve been working from home for 2 weeks – longest ever in my career. I’m getting used to the rhythm, and who knows, may do it more in the future. Habits and routine are critical, though. It’s easy to skip things that you have been doing in a normal going-to-work day. I’ve added a habit tracker to help keep me on track and build these new habits.
I’ve eaten a bit more non-salad food this week, but have been watching the portion size. Blood sugar has been pretty good – even with some late nights and a bit of booze. Awareness and knowledge are really important.

I moved today. Took a 2mi walk. Few thoughts:

Tennis! We found a municipal court that only had a 10 person limit. We spent an hour there! There was an older couple that came and we did a good job of staying distant.

I had hamburgers for dinner tonight. Weirdly, home made these days is a bit rarer than usual. Thanks COVID-19 weird shortages.
It was burgers, cheese and lettuce buns. I was hungry and had two. Could have, no should have had just one. Part of the challenge was eating a bit too fast and messed up “full.” One to remember and think about going forward.
