



A bit slower pace today, but the more you do this the easier it gets. Had to jump on the mini-tramp for a bit to close my rings and get my steps.


I think I’m watching less TV than I was pre-COVID-19. I’m getting back to normal reading levels. My pod cast listening is down to almost zero (no commute). My YouTube “tutorial” watching is normal. Walking almost every day at this point…way up!

Pretty good follow up day.
We took hill 414 to boot.

Found a new walking route today. Did a 5k+ walk!

Didn’t get a chance to walk today so I did a jog on the mini-tramp. 30 minutes while watching TV.

I bumped my move goal by 150 calories today. I had been meeting and exceeding it every day (98% over the last year).
Let’s see if I can keep this up!


These are such strange times. All the time spent at home. Working from home. Because COVID-19. Days blend together. But also daily lunch dates with my lovely. How much longer? A few weeks. Maybe more.
